From a young age Lauren has been passionate about keeping active and whilst at dance & drama school, she attended her first Pilates classes. She instantly realised the benefits of practising low impact, strength work, which helped in mobility and so worked brilliantly alongside fitness and dance classes.
Lauren has been teaching pilates for many years and her multi level classes are suitable for all levels and fitness abilities. Pilates will help improve your strength, posture, balance and flexibility as well as allowing you to relax, switch off and assist your mental wellbeing.
As well as teaching pilates, Lauren is qualified in exercise to music and thoroughly enjoys teaching different genres of fitness.
She is very excited to have started her NEW fitness fusion class.
This NEW class is a fun fusion of fitness and dance, including cardio blocks, strength work and core exercises, as well as an exciting dance routine at the end. Come along and enjoy your favourite classic hits whilst getting fit at the same time.

I really love Lauren's Pilates classes in Toddington. It is great for all levels of fitness and I find myself feeling very relaxed aterwards although my body definitely knows I've done a workout! Lauren explains every exercise clearly and offers discrete corrections to anyone who isn't sure about an exercise!
